CONTRACTUAL LOGISTICS LEAD (NASHVILLE)

The Get Together Events Co.  is a month-of coordination company serving Nashville, New York, Chicago and Beyond. We offer peace of mind and damn good times to all our clients.

We are not full service planning or design. We are strictly month-of. We believe in sticking to what we do best and doing it... the best. Our mission is to create seamless events, taking the logistical junk off our clients’ shoulders so they can focus on celebrating. With a decade of experience and over 500 weddings completed, we have become the gold standard of wedding coordination.

Within our team, we have a systematic and rigorous approach to make sure that no stone is left unturned and there are no surprises on wedding day (unless we are in on it!). But the process is pleasant and personable. Both internally and externally our team exudes joy. We are each other’s biggest fans, our couples' cheerleaders and a friend to every vendor. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and love is love.

2. Kindness Always. This is the standard. We are kind. Full stop. Love is love, everyone belongs, and we don't do plantations.

3. Radiate Joy. This is the vibe. When things get tough, we are the sunshine. Being over-enthusiastic is always a compliment around here.

4. Sweat the Details. We care about the things other people don't. The details are the foundation for the whole day.

5. Roll Up Your Sleeves. We take our work seriously, but never ourselves. Hard work isn't something we avoid — it's something we embrace.

6. Calm, Consistent and Clear Communication. Weddings are emotional, and our role is to be a steady, reliable presence throughout the planning process. We communicate clearly, respond thoughtfully, and ensure our clients never feel left in the dark. Consistent communication builds trust, and that trust is at the heart of every client relationship.
