Having grown up in a family-led corporation, Devon developed an early understanding of the importance of good organization and true partnership to get things done. From her five years at New York City Ballet working in Development and Special Events, to her time in e-commerce creating large-scale conference activations and premium client experiences, she has carried her number one value throughout her career: joy should be the standard.
Devon is a career event producer who was lucky enough to find TGT through New York City Ballet, where she met founder Lauren. She is currently President & CEO of Capital L Consulting and serves as the Associate Producer of the New York Dance Festival at Lincoln Center. Her event production experience spans large-scale conferences and galas to intimate cultivation events, and she brings that same level of care and expertise to every wedding. A professional dancer and lover of love, Devon leads with joy, boogies while she works, and tears up at every wedding - no matter how much she tries not to.
Born and raised in New York’s Finger Lakes region, Devon attended NYU’s Stern School of Business and has lived in New York City for over ten years. She now calls Brooklyn home, in an apartment filled with plants, candles, and a large collection of cute coffee mugs (her roommate would say she has a problem). There’s rarely a moment she isn’t listening to one of her carefully curated Spotify playlists, featuring everything from Beyoncé to Broadway soundtracks to 2000s R&B and hip-hop jams.
