Devon is a career event producer who was lucky enough to find TGT through New York City Ballet, where she met founder Lauren. Devon is currently President & CEO of Capital L Consulting, as well as the Associate Producer of the New York Dance Festival at Lincoln Center. Her event production skills range from large-scale conference activations and galas to intimate cultivation events. She is also a professional dancer, and her number one creed is to lead with joy, so you're sure to see her boogie as she works your special day! She is a lover of love and tears up at all weddings no matter how she tries to prepare herself.

Devon was born and raised in the Finger Lakes region of New York, attended NYU Stern School of Business, and has lived in New York City for over 10 years. Brooklyn is now where she calls home, in an apartment covered in plants, candles, and a large collection of cute coffee mugs (her roommate would say she has a problem). There is rarely a moment she isn't listening to one of her curated Spotify playlists, including everything from Beyoncé to Broadway soundtracks to 2000s R&B and Hip Hop jams.
