“It gave us so much peace of mind to know that all of the correct questions were being asked to the correct people and that vendor communication was completely handled. It was so amazing to not have to worry about anything once we were in their very capable hands.”
ELAINE (she/her)
Elaine got her start in events in college when she signed up to join the planning committee for the Dance Marathon, a twelve-hour long event
benefiting the local children’s hospital. The extensive itinerary didn’t phase her, and the accompanying spreadsheet was the cherry on top- she was hooked. Leaning into her passions for people, organization, and a good cause, Elaine has spent her career producing fundraising events for Nashville nonprofits. She’s developed a keen eye for the details, an innate ability to anticipate event day surprises, a killer skillset in Excel, and a deep love for the people at the heart of each event. Bringing her college tour guide energy and her methodical attention to detail, Elaine ensures (enthusiastically) that all the puzzle pieces fit right into place on wedding day.
When she’s done triple-checking the timeline, you can find Elaine baking up a treat, thrifting vintage homewares, or catching up on Love Island. Originally from Louisville, KY, Elaine spent time in Indiana, and a short stint in DC, before settling in Nashville. She lives for “grandma” hobbies, chewy chocolate chip cookies, and dinner parties.
