Justine was our logistics lead and when I tell you she is a superhero, I truly mean it. No question is too big or too small for her... Whenever I had a question, I knew I could go to her and she would get it answered as soon as she could. Whenever I had a random thought or last minute idea I wanted to capture, she was already on it. She is truly so great and I wish everyone I ever worked with could be like Justine.

JUSTINE (she/her)

The TGT Jane-of-all-trades, Justine has been with The Get Together Events Co. since just after it’s inception, working on weddings in Montauk, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and deeper Brooklyn. Justine specializes in joy-filled, DIY infused, dance-heavy weddings where having fun and getting hitched are the two goals of the day. By the end of the wedding, she’ll be your mom and your flower girl’s best friend.

A native New Yorker and fellow midwesterner by choice (Go Hoosiers!) Justine has a background in production and theater, as well as early childhood education and all things kindergarten. You may think kindergarten and wedding coordinating have nothing in common, but a group of five year olds is basically a bunch of drunk, wedding party people in cuter, tinier bodies :) Justine has a love of oversized sweaters, gluten free bagels that actually taste like real bagels, anything cozy, and her lil dog Toby - and no, she did not intend for that to rhyme.

A LOVELY EMAIL FROM A FORMER TGT BRIDESMAID:

Hi Lauren,

I was one of [the] bridesmaids (and my son was the ring bearer) and just wanted to express how amazing Justine was to work with. I almost never feel compelled to write reviews or give unsolicited feedback, but I was so very impressed with her that I just wanted to sing her praises and make sure you knew how amazing she was.

She was enthusiastic and bubbly, was very communicative via text and then in person, made sure everything ran on-time, didn't overlook any details big or small, and was amazing with my 5yo son, who almost balked going down the aisle. I basically attribute my son fulfilling his ring bearer duties to her. She put him at ease and when he got nervous, she called him a ninja (since she saw him watching Ninjago earlier) and got him to go! I also watched her graciously but firmly explain to the venue how [the bride and groom] had wanted the tables set up, track down the best man for his speech, anticipate items that Sarah and Benson would need and unobtrusively hand them the items at the appropriate time, and swoop in to provide high chairs where needed. Other friends who were not in the wedding party even commented on how well she did her job.

Thanks for helping Sarah & Benson make their day amazing :)
