KATE (she/her)

Kate, an Army brat, who has lived everywhere from Philly, to Monterey, to South Florida and even Seattle, plus a few places in between, will draw from her diverse experiences to figure out *just* what you need for your special day.

Her background includes event planning for a millionaire matchmaking firm as well as managing large off-site meetings and publicity events for an entertainment company in LA. Though she's able to manage grand events with ease, some of her very favorite jobs include the planning of weddings for friends and family (and that includes her best friend AND her own mother)!

When she's not managing your dream day, you'll find her playing tour guide when loved ones come to visit, volunteering, and enjoying the best of nature in Nashville with her yellow lab, Mac.

Oh Kate, you are just amazing. You were the absolute BEST and just such a rock-steady, beautiful person to oversee the best day of our lives. You might have always been there, but I felt like you magically appeared at the exact right moment throughout the day and night to check on me, then us, to see what I/we needed - refill a drink, get my glasses, just anything and everything. THANK YOU a million and one times over. You were simply nice and pleasant and never got impatient, annoyed, frustrated, judgy...any of the adjectives that I most likely would have about 45 minutes into the incredibly long day that you ran. I hope you didn't have to deal with too much, but if you did, we had no idea. From being in weddings ages ago, I still remember coordinators becoming rude, mean, and frustrated, which is never a good look. Those coordinators, a decade plus later, still stick with me. I'm so incredibly appreciative that this was never you nor Kristen. I have no idea how everything ran "behind the curtain" but everything appeared absolutely seamless from our side of things and for that, we are eternally grateful to you. We know you got your steps in for the day between that hotel and venue. We just appreciate you so, so much. We are still enjoying the last slices of our cake and all of the other nibbly's you took back up to our room!

Screaming it again, but THANK YOU for being such a dependable, capable, trustworthy, lovely soul overseeing the most special of days in our lives.
