REAL WEDDING: Abigail and David at Saint Elle

This past spring, architect and all-around-great gal, Abigail married David in a celebration that was sleek and stylish. We hope to see more designs like this emulated in 2022! These two weren't afraid of color, steering from the traditional (yes! Let's add cut fruit to the centerpieces!), custom built furniture, and flipping the traditional layout of the venue on it's head! (They utilized the traditional Ceremony space for Dinner, and the traditional Dinner space for Cocktails! Get it!). We love these two and their creative minds! 2022 goals y'all!

Featured Vendor: The Green Building

When we first started wedding planning, one of our very first “Non-Friend” clients held their wedding at The Green Building. Little did we know at the time that this wedding would be written up in The New York Times, have one of the most memorable last-minute logistical somersaults ever and sky rocket our business! Since that wedding, we have been grateful to come back to The Green Building many many times and it’s still one of our most favorite venues in Brooklyn.

REAL WEDDING: Komal + Hamza at Bordone LIC

On March 27, 2021, Komal and Hamza got married at The Bordone in Long Island City. Along with being a lovely couple and a powerhouse group of vendors, we were all the more excited for this wedding as it was our FIRST wedding back in New York City since March 2020, pre-pandemic. Following the strict Covid guidelines set by the state, Komal and Hamza’s wedding was safe, celebratory, and simply gorgeous. We are so grateful to this couple for trusting us with their day, especially after the year we’ve had! What a way to kick off the wedding season! Congratulations Komal and Hamza!
